President Tom Fayram and General Manager Guy Savage provided the documents below and gave a presentation to the Local Area Formation Commission (LAFCO) on April 6, 2023. Following public comment and Commission deliberation, the request for extension was unanimously approved.

The District received the first new Los Olivos groundwater monitoring well test data in 30+ years, the effluent disposal study was completed, and we held several workshops to get better informed.
